CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hatha Kundalini Fusion

Explore your subtle energy as we tap into Kundalini fusion. Elegantly combining the Hatha style asana postures and pranayama breath practices with guided meditations, symbolic mudras, and rhythmic mantra practices. Experience trauma informed kundalini that’s appropriate for every yogi, beginner through advanced.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement. It involves a series of poses, or vinyasas, that are linked together with deliberate breathing, creating a continuous flow and a moving meditation. The practice can help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This is a more vigorous practice.

Mindful Moves & Meditation w/Chair class option!

Begin with gentle yoga postures that both strengthen the body and ground you in the experience of your breath.  This class will guide you through different meditation techniques. You will learn how to cultivate a comfortable and stable seated posture as you unite the mind and the breath by using a sequence of conscious breathing practices and systematic muscle relaxation.  Begin your journey of calming the nervous system, improving concentration, strengthening memory, and reconnecting to your intrinsic nature of joy!  Suitable for beginners.

Yin Yoga

Slow down and tune into your body with a practice that invites deeper connection and mindfulness. Yin uses long-held postures to gently access the fascia and connective tissues, allowing you to ease into each posture, soften the muscles and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. The postures are passive and grounded to the floor, with holds of 3-7 minutes, allowing space to relax, let go, and enter a meditative state. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Props, such as blocks, blankets and bolsters will be used and provided for use by the studio. You will leave class feeling grounded, balanced and at ease, with a noticeable reduction in joint pain and tension!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga supports the nervous system by aligning the body in a way with props to enhance our experience of fully letting go, resulting in a profound state of stillness.  It is in this conscious state of stillness where the body, mind, and spirit can recharge itself from the taxes of our over-scheduled lives. Suitable for beginners.

Gentle hatha

Minimal to no upper body weight-bearing. This class focuses on mind+body+breath awareness to support and nourish an active lifestlye with emphasis on joint mobility.  Great for beginners!

Intermediate hatha

Classes focus on mind+body+breath awareness with an emphasis on posture alignment and connection to your Source.  A more vigorous practice.
